Richard Pearce
My name is Richard Pearce, i am an FA qualified football coach currently coaching at Deal Town for under 10's. I am FA first aid trained and qualified in child safeguarding. I have also worked alongside companies providing skilled sessions for schools.
I live and breathe football and love nothing more than to coach, train and develop young footballers to help them reach their potential no matter the level. I offer private coaching where i will speak with parents and children to help understand what it is you want out of your session(s) and put together a tailored training program that we can work on together and you can practice at home.
I offer honest feedback based on my assessment on how the training is going and advice on what to improve.
RPCoaching is dedicated to providing professional football coaching tailored to grassroots players. Our goal is to improve skills, grow confidence, foster a love for the game, and develop players' football IQ.
